Intended strategy is planned at the beginning of the stage where as emergent strategy is ongoing processes where the problem are emerge the solution are searched.

·         Think then act versus Trial process:
Intended strategy are made in long run basis as the it requires detail analysis of the past and present situation and make a strategy for the future Where as the emergent strategy they make a test or trial  to see if the strategy works or not. If the produced are positive then they accept the strategy otherwise cancel it.

Strategic thinking involves possible outcomes from certain works whereas the strategic planning involves implementing the applied planned into the organization goal.

3. Choose two of the 10 schools of strategy thought and describe them in your own words. Try and provide real world example for e.g. an organization or a situation.

Amongst the 10 Schools of strategy, 2 strategies are:

The Environmental School:
Environmental school of considered not different then another organization but has a better strategy for an organization run on the same environment. It has same process but better way to implement the process in fresh manner.
For example: Universities has been funded by the same sources. In Nepal as well the university is funded by the Nepal Government

The Cultural School:
Cultural School needs a change in strategy in order to make changes in the cultural in which strategy is being used.
For eg: Before entering to any market the home firm must have to investigate on the market culture and enter the market. The firm must follow the rules and regulation as per the host country. If I want to open an company or branch in Hong Kong then I have to follow the rules and regulation as per Hong Kong Company act.

Google has been deliberately being emergent in strategy as they always try to come up with new product and services with innovative & provides choices to their customers.

The advantages and disadvantages faced by google are

·         Customer satisfaction has been fulfilled as the result it has created many customer.
·         Always coming up with new products and services for customer.
·         Always moving ahead of other.

Disadvantage:
·         The company has diversified in different area as it has to face new challenge at different place.
