words and using referenced quotes describe what “strategic management” is?
Strategic
management on an organization is an ongoing process which consist of analysis,
decision and actions which is undertaken to maintain sustainable competitive
advantages. It leads to an organizational goal. Strategic management helps to
integrate the activities on various business areas to be a successful. The

the overall aim and goal of an organization to meet the competitor and
environment of organization.
2.

Businesses Stratgy s similar to military
strategy are:

business as well as military the strategy they compare their strength and
weakness amongst the competitor. Start developing a strategic to overcome their
competitor.

Business
as well as military wants to have changes on their strategic and improve on

What do you understand by the terms “Strategic analysis”, “Strategic
development” and “Strategic implementation”?
Strategic analysis is a process of
developing strategy for a business or organization by exploring the business
environment and researching the conditions for long run so that the business
can run smoothly. Basically in simpler terms it means understanding the outside
environment is suitable for the organization at current situation and long run
scenario.
Strategic development is also known as
strategic planning of an organization. It is fundamentals to create the
business or organization run smoothly without any interruption and implement
the strategy and also analyzing where the business is heading through in long
run. Analyzing how is the business being capable of accepting the changes made.
Strategic implementation is that the
organization may have set their own strategic and goals to achieve, the
translation of set strategy in the organizational actions. Effective
utilization of the resources to obtain its required goals and also fulfill the
strategic plan set by the organization. Strategic implementation is the working
process.
4.
Write about your experience with today’s case study. What answers did you give?
Was it easy to answer the question? Did your group agree with each other?
The case study was not so much difficult
to understand but in the beginning I had a problem in understanding where it
wanted to lead us. After detail reading then we came to the certain conclusion.
The rapid growths of development of town
are
I.
The
towns have a good access to the motor ways and links of train to London.
II.
Cities
were near to oxford and Cambridge University.
III.
Commercial
property and housing cost was cheaper than London.
IV.
In
Milton Keynes, large amount of land is available for building roads and
infrastructure.
V.
In
1980, Milton Keynes and Peterborough had advertisements which were done to
attract business and families.
VI.
Milton
Keynes had a large land where the road could be built.
Growth
strategy considered as ‘mad’ as it lies on the central which attract more high
skilled employees and students due to development of malls, good access road
and universities. The pollution may increase due to development of new comer
and older people may lose their homely environment. Establishment of university
may seem not to be perfect.
I
think it was a good strategy for development as it would increase the living
standard of the town would also increase. This would create increase in
immigrants living as it has more employment and cheap property. It has the
advantage of good road access to London as well the train link.
I
would like to live in these towns as the cost of land and house are cheaper.
Town is being developed and better job opportunity. It also has good
transportation access.
